Hi there, my name is Lily Gardner. I am currently attending the University of Utah, in Salt Lake City. I am majoring in Film and Media Arts with an emphasis in Entertainment, Arts, and Engineering; my minor is in Creative Writing. I received my A.S. from Salt Lake Community College. I am in my senior year of college, and am taking the last round of courses before my capstone in Fall/Spring of ’17-’18.
While I am focused on the art side of the major, I aspire to be a producer in the industry. I have graphic design experience, though I am a tad rusty, and I’ve dabbled in HTML as well. Considering I chose this major, video games have been a huge part of my life, both creatively and recreationally, and I hope to express that passion to future, potential employers. Aside from gaming, I enjoy reading, writing, and bugging my Australian Shepherd, Angelo 🙂
Thundaga.net is my portfolio, but it also is home to my educational blog. Over the course of my major, I will be posting updates on class projects, assignments, and other happenings on campus. The portfolio will be kept up-to-date with what projects I finish at the end of every semester. They are categorized by type of art and individual project within those categories.
Feel free to leave comments on entries; I would love to see what fellow EAE majors create and are experiencing as well 🙂
